Shipping Policy


Delivery of orders is done primarily through Canada Post. In certain circumstances, delivery of orders may also be made through courier and delivery companies recognized in Canada (i.e. Fedex, etc.).

All orders are shipped according to the option you chose and to the address you provided, which shall be accurate. An email is sent after each purchase to confirm your order and address. If you see an error or you wish to make any changes, please contact our Customer Support at 1-877-683-0436 or [email protected] and we will gladly apply the changes you request. We will invoice you the actual shipping costs, even if the order was initially deemed to be free of shipping costs, in cases where the delivery could not be completed by reason of inaccuracy in the address provided in your order causing a second delivery of the purchased item(s).

Please note that shipping is limited to Canada. Certain restrictions or conditions may apply in certain provinces or territories. Without limitation, no order will be shipped in Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
