Online purchases
You have 30 days to return your merchandise, including for clearance items.
We will happily refund, and through the original method of payment, all unworn merchandise, in mint condition and in its original box, upon remittance of the original purchase invoice.
In-store returns
Free.
Returns by mail
$10 Flat fee.
- To return merchandise, securely pack all items to be returned using the original packaging to protect shoe boxes from labels and tape.
- Affix the Canada Post label on the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode.
- Take the parcel to your nearest post office for delivery. No postage necessary.
NOTE: Initial shipping fees are not reimbursed for returns, and the $10 flat fee for returns sent by mail will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Canada Post Strike
For deliveries made by other couriers, a return label from that same courier will be included in your shipment.
For deliveries that were made with Canada Post before the strike and require a return, we encourage you to return your items in-store. If this is not possible, please keep your return and send it to us once the service has been restored. We will accept your return even if it exceeds our usual 30-day policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Holiday Return Policy
Gift purchases made online as of November 20, 2025 may be returned until January 11, 2026. Any return received after this deadline will automatically be refused.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order by mail and placing a new order online or visiting one of our locations for an exchange.

Within 15 days of purchase.
Sale and discounted merchandise

*Restrictions: Final sale on all merchandise sold at 50% OFF or greater.
