Online purchases                                              

You have 30 days to return your merchandise, including for clearance items.

Except as provided hereunder, we will happily refund, and through the original method of payment, all unworn merchandise, in mint condition and in its original box, upon remittance of the original purchase invoice, either by mail or at the Jean-Paul Fortin store of your choice.

In-store returns 


Returns by mail

$5 Flat fee.

However, beyond an excessive amount of items returned by a single customer, we may seek the payment of administrative costs for handling and management of inventory in reduction of the reimbursed amount upon return of merchandise. We will also be entitled to refuse or cancel subsequent orders or seek the termination of your account if there is an excessive amount of online purchases returned in our stores.

  • To return merchandise, securely pack all items to be returned using the original packaging to protect shoe boxes from labels and tape.
  • Affix the Canada Post label on the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode. 
  • Take the parcel to your nearest post office for delivery. No postage necessary.

NOTE: Initial shipping fees are not reimbursed for returns, and the $5 flat fee for returns sent by mail will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

In-store purchases

We will happily refund to the original method of payment all unworn merchandise, in new condition, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt.

Regular-priced merchandise

Within 15 days of purchase.

Sale and discounted merchandise

 Within 7 days of purchase.*
*Restrictions: Final sale on all merchandise sold at 50% OFF or greater.
